volunteer opportunities
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please complete the form below and we will get back to you soon. Thank you!
Current Needs
Sales Gallery - We need volunteers in our sales gallery every Tuesday through Friday from 10am - 4pm. Volunteer shifts can be as little as an hour or up to the whole six hours. Bring a friend, bring a laptop (we have wi-fi), your knitting, etc. and enjoy being surrounded by local art for the afternoon.
Photography - Got a knack for snapping great pics? We have several opportunities for you! If you like to photograph people, we need your help capturing the vibrancy and excitement at our events to help us tell our story. More interested in subjects that don't move? Show us your stuff as you show our artists' stuff! We're looking for a product photographer to capture the many angles and details of our artists' work for inclusion in our new online gift shop.
Reception Help - We host exhibits almost monthly and are always looking for friendly people to help with greeting, handing out names tags, pouring wine, etc. These commitments are typically in the evenings from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and shifts can be broken up into hour-long increments.
Committees in need of volunteers
Fundraising - Whether you like to help with grand events or small bake-sale-sized fundraisers, the Crossings would welcome your help. In order to continue to bring arts programming to the Central Lakes area, we need some much-needed financial support. Every penny helps. If you have a passion for making that happen, contact us today.
Marketing & Communications - This committee is in need of enthusiastic new members to help us further engage our community. Maybe you would like to do some graphic design work, or increase our presence on social media? Want to showcase your writing abilities or just work with a group who is eager to let their community know about the good work that TCAA does? Contact us!
Membership - What motivates people to join TCAA? What motivates them to continue to be members, year after year? Our Membership committee works to answer those questions. They attend events around the area to introduce people to the important work TCAA does and encourages them to take part. Like chatting with new people! This might be the committee for you.
